Milos Milovančević

Dr. Milos Milovančević is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Niš, Serbia. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Niš. His research interests include business process management, engineering management, digital transformation, lean management, and industrial engineering.

Dr. Milovančević has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and actively contributes to advancing process improvement and operational efficiency in both the public and private sectors. His recent publications address lean tool prioritization, performance evaluation in SMEs, and integrated models for business process improvement. In addition to his academic work, he serves as a researcher and consultant in business and industrial engineering. He is fluent in English and a native speaker of Serbian.
