Xu Lisheng

Professor Xu Lisheng is a full professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the College of Information Science and Engineering, Northeastern University, China. His research focuses on advanced sensing, intelligent perception, biomedical signal and image analysis, and computer-aided diagnosis using artificial intelligence.

He holds several prominent roles in academic and professional communities, including chairmanship and vice-presidency positions in national medical informatics and diagnostic information associations. Professor Xu is a senior member of IEEE and other leading biomedical engineering societies, and he has served as an expert evaluator for governmental science and education bodies.

Professor Xu is an editorial board member and editor for various international journals such as Computers in Biology and Medicine, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, Scientific Reports, Frontiers in Physiology, and Entropy. He has also chaired major conferences on smart healthcare and biomedical information engineering.
