Zhaoxin Zhang
Zhaoxin Zhang is the Academic Leader in Cyberspace Security at Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai), a Professor/Doctoral Supervisor, Taishan Industrial Leading Talent, and the Principal Investigator of projects with a total value exceeding 100 million yuan. He serves as the Director of the Weihai Branch of the National Key Laboratory of Computer Information Content Security, the Weihai Branch of the Research Base for International Governance of Cybersecurity, and the Network and Information Security Technology Research Center (NIST) at Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai). He acts as a Review Expert for projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He is the Vice Chairman of the Communication Security Technical Committee of the China Institute of Communications, a Middle-aged and Young Expert with Outstanding Contributions in Weihai, a Standing Director of the Innovation Forum for Emerging Technology Security in Cyberspace of China, a Member of the China Cyberspace Security Association, the Deputy Director of the Shandong Key Laboratory of Industrial Cybersecurity, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Cyberspace Security Specialized Committee of the Shandong Computer Society, etc. Taking Internet data as the core, he carries out research in areas such as Cyberspace Mapping, Security of Internet Infrastructure, Threat Intelligence, and AI Security. He has undertaken more than 10 national-level projects and over 20 provincial-ministerial-level vertical, horizontal, and engineering projects, and has won 1 Second Prize of the Heilongjiang Province Technical Invention Award.
