Dr. Naresh Sachdev is a distinguished academician and entrepreneur, currently serving as Principal cum Director at Punjab College of Technical Education (PCTE), Baddowal, Ludhiana, and Founding Director of PCTE Hatch Lab Incubator (a Section 8 Company). With over three decades of entrepreneurial experience, he possesses expertise in sales, marketing, customer relations, operational management, and human resource management. Dr. Sachdev has held leadership roles in industry associations, including 25 years with the Fastener Manufacturer Association of India (FMAI). He is a Mentor for Change at NITI Aayog, New Delhi, and has been recognized as a "GEMS of MENTOR India" by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM). Recently, he was selected as Regional Mentor of Change (RMoC) Punjab by NITI Aayog, New Delhi.
